• Maintained through the season at no extra charge. A bulb or a run fails, you call, we come out — that is included, not an add-on.
• Taken down in January and stored labelled in bins over the summer, so next year is a phone call rather than an afternoon in the loft.
• Fitted with clips made for the job, not staples. Staples put holes through fascia and shingles, and you find out about it the following spring.
